1. Shipping Policy

VidBucks is a digital rewards-based platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All earnings, including Coins and their conversion to real money, are managed digitally within the VidBucks mobile application and website. There are no shipping costs, delivery times, or physical shipments associated with our services.

2. Cancellations and Refunds Policy

2.1 Account and Plan Cancellations

  • Free Plan: You can terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Paid Plans (Basic and Professional): You can cancel your subscription to a paid plan at any time. Once cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to a Free Plan.
  • Account Termination by VidBucks: VidBucks reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account for violations of our Terms and Conditions, including fraudulent activity. In such cases, any remaining Coins or outstanding refunds may be forfeited.

2.2 Refund of Registration Fees

The registration fees for the Basic and Professional plans are considered an administrative charge for access to enhanced features and are generally non-refundable, except under specific conditions:

  • Basic Plan (₹1000 Fee): The registration fee is fully refundable after a period of 6 consecutive months, provided you have met a minimum monthly earning of ₹1000 for each of those 6 months. If this condition is not met, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Professional Plan (₹2500 Fee): The registration fee is fully refundable after a period of 6 consecutive months, provided you have met a minimum monthly earning of ₹2000 for each of those 6 months. If this condition is not met, the fee is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the registration fee. The refund process may take several business days.

2.3 Withdrawal of Earnings

Your earned Coins can be redeemed for real money according to the withdrawal policies outlined in our Terms and Conditions. The conversion of Coins to real money is a withdrawal of earnings, not a refund. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and processed, it cannot be reversed. Please ensure all details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request.
